This shadow report is presented in coalition by two Venezuelan civil society organizations: Acceso a la Justicia (AJ) and the Observatorio Venezolano de Prisiones (OVP).
This document aims to give the vision of AJ and OVP on the List of issues and questions related to the ninth periodic report of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (RBV), distributed in July 2022, from their experience and expertise, without claiming to be exhaustive given the limitation of words, provided by the CEDAW Committee.
